Registration Fees
Exhibitor registration includes registration for up to four individuals to attend the conference and the following: one skirted 6 ft. exhibit table, 2 chairs, a waste basket, pipe and drape, identification sign, company profile listed in the program book and on the ILSNA website.
- Gold Partner Registration Fee: Complimentary with membership
- Silver Partner Registration Fee: $750
- Corporate Partner Registration Fee: $1,200
- Nonmember Registration Fee: $1,500
- Additional badges, purchased before event: $50
- Additional badges, purchased on-site: $60
- Banquet tickets: $60 (two included with Gold Partner membership)
Booth Selection
Booth selections will be made on a first-come, first serve basis. (Gold members receive priority booth selection.) Please enter your top three booth selections during the registration process. You may view an exhibit hall map on the Annual Conference website.
If you are interested in purchasing a shared booth, please contact Lynn Threewitt. Please note that a maximum of two companies are allowed per booth.
Hotel Information
ILSNA has reserved a room block at the President Abraham Lincoln Springfield - a DoubleTree by Hilton. Please note that the rooms in this hotel block are on a first come, first served basis. Reservations must be made by June 7, 2022 to receive the room rate.
